The Midlife Crisis Girls Trip | Shenandoah Valley Payments
This is the payment portal for the Midlife Crisis Girls Trip to Shenandoah Valley. Please do not make a payment here if you have not first reserved your spot through Eventbrite. Once the tickets are “sold out” on Eventbrite, the cabins are full. We repeat: ONLY MAKE A PAYMENT IF YOU HAVE RESERVED A SPOT VIA EVENTBRITE.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms:
Tickets are non-refundable. Your payments will be automatically processed every 60 days listed in the example below. We have to pay the lodging, and our Chef on coinciding dates, so it is imperative you make your payments on time, or we will be forced to resell your ticket. If your payment method declines for future payments, we will contact you, and you have one (1) week to resolve the missed payment. After a one (1) week grace period, we will sell your ticket to someone else and previous payment(s) will be forfeited.
PAYMENTS AUTOMATICALLY DRAFT EVERY 60 DAYS UNTIL THE TICKET IS FULLY PAID.
An example payment schedule is as follows (dates will be based on initial payment date):
Initial Payment/$316 - October 1, 2021
2nd Payment/$316 - December 1, 2021
Final Payment/$316 - February 1, 2021
You are welcome to sell your ticket to another woman at any time if you cannot attend. That transaction will take place between you and the new purchaser, but we must be made aware to stop future payments from auto drafting, and so we can set up future payments for that individual. Therefore it is required and imperative you involve us (Brittany Gibbons/Meredith Soleau) in the process. We will not advertise that your ticket is for sale, but we will put you in touch with anyone who has expressed interest in purchasing a ticket, but only after our initial lot of tickets sell out.
Girl's Girls Media LLC and/or any of its agents, contractors, employees, owners, sponsors, staff, affiliates, volunteers, and any other entities that help support the Event are released from any and all claims, losses, or liabilities for death, personal injury, partial or permanent disability, property damage, medical or hospital bills, theft, or damage of any kind, including economic losses, which may arise by reason of my participation and/or presence at the Event. To the extent possible by law, by purchasing a ticket you hereby fully waive, release, and discharge all parties notwithstanding their own negligent acts or omissions or the negligent acts or omissions of others.
